This Privacy Policy (Policy) applies to E30 and its subsidiaries, related entities, licensees, and training facilities in the jurisdictions in which it operates, as well as any trust for which it or its related entities may act as trustee (collectively, E30, we, our, and us). This Policy also covers the websites that we operate from time to time (including www.e30.today) (Website/s) and any mobile applications that we operate from time to time (Apps).

We are committed to managing personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

This Policy sets out how we collect, process, use, disclose, store, handle, and dispose of (collectively, process) personal data about our members, licensees, employees, and any other individuals we interact with. E30 is a data controller for our Website and Apps, as well as for the services provided through these platforms and in person.
