ARBITRATION NOTICE: SECTION 24 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION) OF THESE TERMS CONTAINS A MUTUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING AND JURY TRIAL.
